Dr. Silvia Baila

Dr. Silvia is an orthodontist serving patients and families throughout Raleigh, Apex, and the surrounding communities. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Wake Forest University, then received her dental degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. She also completed her orthodontic residency at Columbia, where she received advanced specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

Inspired by her own orthodontist in high school, Dr. Silvia was drawn to the mix of science, problem-solving, and patient relationships that makes orthodontics so rewarding. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and is committed to staying current with advances in orthodontic treatment and technology.

Outside the office, Dr. Silvia enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also an orthodontist, and their son, Luca. She also loves exploring local trails, trying new restaurants, cooking, staying active, visiting family in Florida and New York, and relaxing at the beach whenever she can.
